The POWER within Partner Rewards Plan – Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility The POWER within Partner Rewards Plan is open to all VivaMK Partners. This plan operates alongside all existing incentives unless otherwise specified.
Qualification Criteria. Your new status is determined by the highest level you achieved since Period 1 of 2024. For example, if you reached Premier status in 2024, you must achieve Bronze Premier or higher in 2025 to qualify for the new status reward and holding bonus.
Active Participation Requirement. To be eligible for rewards, you must remain an active VivaMK Partner. You can receive only one reward per period, based on the highest status you achieve during the qualifying period. Once you have been granted a new status reward, you cannot claim a lower-tier reward within the plan. To qualify for the Holding Bonus you must hold your new status for 6 further consecutive periods, making it 7 periods in total.
Sales Calculation & Adjustments Rewards are calculated based on completed and fully paid sales only. Any returned, unpaid, or overdue items (including outstanding Post-Pay amounts) will result in a recalibration of the reward qualification and may impact eligibility.
Reward Distribution. Rewards will be issued within 28 days following the conclusion of the qualifying period. Distribution is subject to verification and confirmation of all sales.
Rewards & Alternatives. The destination for holiday rewards and the choice of cars will be customisable to the winner’s preference, up to the value of the Alternative Cash Prize. If an alternative reward is selected, its value will not exceed that of the pre-determined cash alternative.
Final Decision & Discretion. VivaMK Network Ltd retains the exclusive right to determine the final qualification of all rewards. Decisions made by VivaMK Network Ltd are final and binding. VivaMK Network Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw these rewards at its sole discretion.
